Hasaportfolio Update

Added the ability to customize colors for: text, background, thumbnail backgrounds, links, link hovers, and borders
Added lightbox features. Clicking on images in permalink pages now opens a lightbox view of the high res.
Photosets are now using native tumblr theme tags so they can support high res images and captions for each photo.
Thumbnails are now showing Captions when you hover over them, as opposed to HTML Safe Photo Alts. This fixes problems with apostrophes and ampersand. Captions have also been added to videos.

I’ve just finished the latest version of the hasaportfolio theme. You can go download the text file and install it or take a look at the example portfolio to see what’s changed.

This version is a bit different than the last. It now supports any number of projects, all on one page thanks to infinite scrolling. You can also use the new tumblr Pages feature.

The post types are still the same: photo, video, and photosets. You can also still upload your own image.

Finally, I’ve created a new request form to make requesting a subdomain a bit easier.

Now that you’ve got a chance to check out the new theme and hasaportfolio website, what do you think?

Download Theme Text File. If you’re having trouble, right click > save target as… and open the file in a simple text editor.

Custom Domain Requests

If you’d like yourname.hasaportfolio.com, just email your request to matt at pixelspread dot com with hasaportfolio in the subject line and the subdomain you’d like included somewhere in the e-mail.

About the theme

The hasaportfolio theme supports photos, photosets, and videos. It does NOT support text, chat, quotes, or links. You’re welcome to modify the theme yourself if you’d like to add support for other post types.

The theme will show up to 15 projects. The number of projects per page can be adjusted in your Customize panel under Advanced, just by changing your post count. The theme will not support anymore than 15 projects/posts.

All colors are adjustable but the theme was designed for a light background. If you set your custom colors to a dark background, some navigation items may not be as visible.

You can add a link to your blog, resume, and contact information in your Appearance tab in your Customize panel.

You can also add a custom header image in the Appearance tab in your Customize panel.

Hasaportfolio DOES NOT support IE6.

New Hasaportfolio Code

I’ve just put up a brand new code for hasaportfolio. Hasaportfolio now supports more in depth project pages, one line caption summaries on the index page, and tags on every project for easily sorting and categorizing your portfolio.
